Due to COVID-19, contactless delivery became a mandatory service to keep everyone’s health. Its change was drastic and situation kept worsening that we needed to move fast and responsive with the environment. At that moment, the customers in Mexico tended to pay at delivery which is hard to keep social distance. With two other UX designers, I came up with an idea to give a nudge badge in checkout flow to encourage them to pay online to avoid contact with delivery associates.
